Terms of Engagement

Nature of Services & Responsibility

Sanna Purinton provides spiritual guidance, mentoring, and personal development services. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a therapist–client or clinical relationship.

By engaging in this work, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing, and that you will seek appropriate licensed professional support where required.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, including but not limited to suicidal ideation or psychosis, you must seek immediate professional or emergency support.

Sanna Purinton reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to refuse, pause, or terminate services where it is considered that the engagement is not appropriate or safe. No outcomes are guaranteed.

Intellectual Property & Use of Content

Whilst the content of the work you engage in may be personal, the teachings, processes, and materials form part of a body of work that is the intellectual property of Sanna Purinton and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These materials are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, recorded (other than for personal use), written, shared, distributed, or used in any professional or commercial capacity without prior written permission.

Any recordings of sessions are for the private use of the intended client only and must not be shared with third parties.

• Reproduce, publish, transmit, or distribute any session content or materials
• Share any recordings, notes, or materials with third parties
• Teach, replicate, adapt, or incorporate any part of this work into your own offerings or professional practice

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights are reserved.

Sessions & Payment

• Standard sessions are 60 minutes
• Multi-person sessions may be extended (e.g. 90 minutes)

Full payment is required prior to your first session in order to confirm your booking. Bookings are not secured until payment has been received.

Sessions conclude at the scheduled time. Any extension may incur additional charges at Sanna Purinton’s discretion.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable and forfeited.

Eight Session Packages

• Non-refundable and non-transferable
• For use by the original purchaser only
• Not to be shared or gifted

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Additional time will be charged at a rate of $46 per 10 minutes.

Eight Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will expire thereafter.

Extensions, adjustments, or variations (including for illness, travel, or extenuating circumstances) will only be granted at the discretion of Sanna Purinton or her authorised representatives and must be expressly agreed in writing.

Where extended sessions are undertaken, session allocations will be adjusted accordingly.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law, where there is a risk of harm, or where the client is under 18 years of age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any materials or recordings in your possession.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanna Purinton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in sessions, reliance on any information provided, or any actions taken by you.

You engage in this work at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation which cannot be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanna Purinton from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in sessions or any breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with booking, filling out the next form, payment, or participation in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement.
