Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, package, or offering provided by Sanna Purinton (“Sanna”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sanna Purinton.

1. Nature of Services

Sanna provides spiritual guidance, mentoring, and personal development services.

These services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal services and are not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified practitioner.

Participation in services does not establish a therapist–client, clinical, or medical relationship.

By engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and wellbeing.
You will seek appropriate licensed support where required.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, psychosis, or acute mental health episodes, you must seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.

Sanna reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, pause, reschedule, or terminate services where it is considered the engagement is not appropriate, safe, or aligned with the intended nature of the work.

No particular outcome, transformation, or result is promised or guaranteed.

2. Sessions & Booking

Standard sessions are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.

Extended sessions, including 90-minute or multi-hour sessions, may be scheduled in advance or undertaken where appropriate.

Full payment is required prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Sessions conclude at the scheduled time. Additional time may incur further charges or be deducted from a session package at Sanna’s discretion.

Sessions may be conducted in person, by phone, or via approved online platforms.

3. Eight Session Packages (“Eight Packs”)

Eight Packs are offered as a structured commitment to ongoing work and are subject to the following conditions:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
For use by the original purchaser only
Not to be shared, assigned, exchanged, or gifted

Eight Packs are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Sanna or her authorised representatives.

Unused sessions expire at the conclusion of the validity period.

Adjustments or extensions relating to illness, travel, or extenuating circumstances may be considered at Sanna’s sole discretion.

Where extended sessions are undertaken, session allocations within the package will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable and forfeited.

All payments made for services, including individual sessions and Eight Packs, are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

Whilst aspects of the work may be personal in nature, all teachings, frameworks, methodologies, processes, materials, recordings, and session content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sanna Purinton and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All materials are provided strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial use only.

Without prior written consent, you may not:

Reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any materials or session content
Share recordings, notes, or materials with third parties
Use any content for teaching, facilitation, coaching, training, social media content, books, workshops, courses, podcasts, or professional practice
Adapt, replicate, reverse engineer, or incorporate any aspect of the work into your own offerings or business activities

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

All rights are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanna Purinton and any affiliates, representatives, contractors, or authorised team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss, damage, injury, claim, cost, or expense arising out of or connected with:

Participation in services
Reliance upon any information provided
Decisions, actions, or omissions taken by the Client
Interruption, suspension, cancellation, or termination of services

This includes, without limitation:

Emotional or psychological distress
Financial or business losses
Reputational damage
Loss of opportunity, income, savings, profits, or contracts

All services are provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, express or implied.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanna Purinton and any affiliates, representatives, contractors, or authorised team members from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your participation in services
Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of any materials or content
Any actions taken by you in reliance upon the services provided

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent except:

Where required by law
Where there is a serious risk of harm
Where the client is under 18 years of age and parent or guardian involvement is required

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any recordings or materials in their possession.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Amendments

Sanna reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication to the website or otherwise being made available to Clients.

Continued engagement with services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
